Amanda and Sally both live in Colorado where the sun always shines and the adventures have no end! Together they created Flow Journeys to share their love of creativity, travel and exceptionally crafted shared experiences.

meet your guides

Sally is an artist, community gatherer, and creative explorer. She is a ceramic and mixed media artist and has been making art, leading groups, and teaching classes for over 20 years. She approaches life with levity, mindfulness, and curiosity. One of her favorite things to do is gather people, gather supplies, and create together!

Amanda is an avid traveler and experienced guide. She has traveled to over 25 countries - some solo journeys and some with family or friends. She delights in journeying along the road less traveled and finding unique local spots to soak in the culture, art, food, wine and more. Amanda includes “travel hacking” among one of her many skills. She loves to share her passion for adventurous travel!
